Summer Clothes for the Kiddos

Every once in a while I share a post about the clothes I dress my girls in. Usually it is ALL about June & January but we do occasionally shop at a few other places. I figured it would be a good idea to share some awesome finds for those places also! At some stores, my older daughter doesn’t fit in the “toddler” section anymore, so I included the big/little matching pieces for some of the items.

Crop Jeans & Basic Tops

After weeks of day dreaming about Spring, it’s FINALLY here! I haven’t been this excited for sunshine and 60 degree weather ever in my life. Last summer I bought one of my absolute favorite pairs of jeans and I still wear them often.  A pair of cropped flare jeans with funky embroidery on the sides. They were a little out of the norm for me but they were instant love as soon as I tried them on. Those jeans inspired this post! An ode to one of my favorite styles – the crop flare!

Lazy Clothes because SNOW

Since we’ve been stuck inside the house for the greater part of the past few weeks thanks to snowmaggedon, I’ve gotten very familiar with my “lazy clothes.” So what better thing to write about? Anyway – I’m going to link some of my favorite comfy styles for my kiddos and for myself. Most are very basic, but comfort is the goal, anyway.

The Return of the Sandal @ Freshly Picked

The Freshly Picked sandal is making a return tomorrow (2/24) at 10MST! We have loved FP moccasins for years & now we love their sandals too! We got our first pair of FP sandals in the summer of 2017 and it was instant love. They’re genuine leather (just like Saltwater sandals) except they have a nice cushioned footbed and a much easier-to-use clasp. They can get wet over and over again. We even wore ours to the splash park and had no issues! Now they come in several styles for both boys and girls and tons of colors as well.

Looking Forward to Spring

This gloomy, grey weather has me in a mood. Not a good one! And I know a lot of y’all feel the same exact way. If we could either get some snow or just move on to Spring, that would be nice.
